针刺手法
针刺时需要沿着拇指外侧的肌腱沟方向，往肘部或手腕方向斜着或平行进针，深度控制在0.2-0.5寸之间。要注意进针角度不能太大，动作要轻柔，避免剧烈手法。针刺时会有局部酸胀感，有时这种感觉会传到肘部或肩膀。穴位功效

列缺穴最早记载于《灵枢·经脉》这本古医书，古人认为这个穴位能帮助肺部功能正常运作，促进全身气血流通，还能调节任脉的气血循环。
《针灸甲乙经》：治疗发热类疾病时，如果出现手臂抽搐痉挛、嘴唇紧缩、鼻孔扩张、眼球上翻、大汗淋漓等症状，或者胸肋胀满、心慌不安等表现，都可以通过列缺穴治疗。
《备急千金要方》：适用于男性生殖部位疼痛、小便带血或精液异常排出，以及排尿灼热疼痛的情况。
《外台秘要方》：能改善口眼歪斜（面瘫）、半身不遂（中风后遗症）以及手腕劳损疼痛。
《扁鹊神应针灸玉龙经》：治疗外感风寒引发的发烧无汗、各种寒热咳嗽有痰、胸闷腹胀、吞咽困难，还能调理气机不畅导致的游走性疼痛、腹部包块、便血肛肠疾患、多种排尿障碍以及小儿直肠脱垂。
