穴位位置

在小腿内侧， 内踝尖上 3 寸， 胫骨内侧缘后方凹陷处。 English (WHO Standard Description)： On the medial aspect of the lower leg, 3 cun superior to the tip of the medial malleolus, posterior to the medial border of the tibia.

找穴方法

找到内踝尖， 向上量 4 横指（约 3 寸）， 在胫骨内侧后缘按压凹陷处即为三阴交。 English Method： Locate the medial malleolus， Measure 3 cun upward (about four finger-breadths)， Palpate posterior to the medial tibial border

穴位功效

健脾益血， 调肝补肾， 通经活络。 English Functions： Strengthens the Spleen and nourishes Blood， Regulates the Liver and tonifies the Kidney， Activates channels and regulates menstruation

适用症状
